My Reflection
I have learned much from the reflection required to prepare this portfolio. Although it took a great amount of time, the time has been well spent and has reaffirmed to me that working in the education profession, is where I need and want to be. Additionally, this period of reflection has also revealed some challenges, as I have identified areas for growth, but as always, I will continue to approach my work with joy, even on the rough days. In the end new goals have emerged from this process, and I have renewed energy and purpose for the road untraveled.
I am grateful for the experiences that have brought me to this point. As I come to the end of my reflective process for now, I find myself thinking about next steps. Below I’ve listed some ideas that deserve further thought. None is fully formed; all are a “work in progress.” Whatever lies ahead, I want to invest my time in projects and endeavors that hold potential for positive impact on the educational community.

In Closing..
It’s important to remember the cycle of continuous improvement. We never arrive, we are never finished. We are life long learners. Rid yourself of assumptions and convictions so that you can be open and receptive to new information. There is always room for growth and improvement. This work represents where I am at this time on my continuous improvement journey.
Thank you for helping me grow and investing your time in me.
